Who we are
ARKEMODI LTD, registered in England & Wales, company no. 17335663.
Registered office: 56 Norwich Road, Salhouse, Norwich NR13 6QG.
We are the data controller for the information described on this page.
Anything privacy-related: hello@arkemodi.com.
What we collect, and when
Only what you give us. If you use the contact form, we receive:
- Your name and email address
- Your company name, if you choose to give it
- The message you write
- The IP address the submission came from (recorded automatically, to help us tell real enquiries from automated spam)
If you email us directly, we hold your email and whatever you put in it — the same as any business correspondence.
That's the lot. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and has no trackers, pixels or advertising tags. We don't buy lists and we don't sell, rent or trade anything about you.
Why we use it
To reply to you and have the conversation you asked for. In legal terms our lawful basis is legitimate interests — you contacted a business, and the business writes back. We won't add you to a mailing list (we don't have one) and we won't chase you with marketing.
Where it lives
Enquiries are stored in Microsoft Azure, in UK data centres, and a copy arrives in our Microsoft 365 mailbox so a real person sees it. Microsoft acts as our processor under its standard terms. We don't pass your details to anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
No longer than we need it. As a working rule: if an enquiry doesn't turn into work together, we delete it within 12 months. If we do work together, correspondence is kept as part of the normal business record for as long as accounting and legal obligations require.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- show you what we hold about you (access)
- correct it, delete it, or stop using it (rectification, erasure, restriction, objection)
- hand it over in a portable format
Email hello@arkemodi.com and we'll deal with it — no forms, no run-around. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we'd rather you gave us the chance to fix it first.
Changes
If how we handle your information changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. No silent edits.
Plain-English summary, in one line: we keep what you send us so we can reply to you, it stays in UK Microsoft data centres, nobody else gets it, and you can ask for it back or gone at any time.
