One system that grows with you. Or six that don't talk to each other.

A 75-person services group runs today on an HR app, a scheduling app, a timesheet app, a CRM, a forms app, and the spreadsheets that hold it all together. Every new need means another tool, another login, another place to type the same thing.

Where the data lives today, and where it's typed again

How many systems you're running three years from now

Each new need on the stack (asset tracking, job costing, quoting) is another tool, another migration, another silo. On Arkemodi it's the same system with a new feature, built in days.

What it really costs over three years

Subscriptions are per seat, per tool, per month: for 75 people across HR, scheduling, timesheets, CRM and a forms app, about £3,300 a month on day one (CRM at $14 to $60 a seat, HR, scheduling and timesheet apps at £4 to £8 a user, a forms app at £15 to £25 per field user), rising with every tool and every hire. Manual work default: six office staff losing about nine hours a week each, the figure a 2025 survey found for people who move data between systems by hand (Parseur, vendor-commissioned). Arkemodi: an illustrative first build of about £65,000 and about £2,500 a month for the system, not per seat, pending a scoped proposal.

The honest part: each tool looks cheap on the day you sign up for it, and you can have a scheduling app running this afternoon. Added up per seat across five tools and 75 people, the stack already costs more each month than one Arkemodi system, before the manual work, the errors, the reporting nobody trusts, and the next tool for the next need. For a ten-person business the sums are different. At this size, they aren't.
